Shipping Policy

Orders placed online will ship within 3 business days. Most orders will arrive within 6-7 business days.

For orders of medical supplies placed online, the following flat rate standard shipping and handling rates apply:

Expedited and overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Next Day Air orders must be placed before 3:00 EST.

For your convenience we use PAY PAL and we accept Discover, Master Card, Visa and American Express. You can also send your payment to the address above. Please note that it make take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the unopened items within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be in unopened resalable condition and contain the original packing material Walk Healthy will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.

Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns must be authorized by Walk Healthy which are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of the return authorization date..

Walk Healthy is committed to providing you with quality merchandise.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being accepted. Please call Customer Service at 1-855-813-3513 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Walk Healthy cannot issue credit or replace merchandise without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling customer service: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem.

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the Walk Healthy warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Walk Healthy, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

Terms & Policies
To be accepted for return, items must be UNUSED in the original purchase condition including the original packaging, documentation, manuals/inspections and all parts and accessories. All packaging must be unmarked, and not defaced in any way. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Walk Healthy is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your products need to be returned.
Drop-shipped merchandise and special-ordered merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit based on the manufacturer’s return policy. There will be a 20% handling fee, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise returned for credit over sixty (60) days past invoice date will not be accepted for credit or merchandise replacement.

Discontinued or Closeout merchandise will not be accepted.

Please allow 15 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
